Well for starters, for those that have no idea what that is, they are abbreviations, "Disney Speak" for two very popular ticketed events at Magic Kingdom.
MNSSHP is Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and MVMCP is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Here at Disney Travel Secrets, we try to give you as much notice as possible to plan your vacations, which is why we’re excited about announcing the dates for this year’s events, so here they are:
For Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, 32 spook-tacular dates include:
August 25, 29
September 1, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29
October 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31
November 1
Returning to the Magic Kingdom fright-fest are the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular stage show in front of Cinderella Castle featuring the mischievous Sanderson sisters from the hit Disney film “Hocus Pocus,” Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade and “Happy HalloWishes”
For Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas, 21 holiday-tastic dates include:
November 8, 9, 12, 14, 16, 17, 26, 28
December 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22
Returning favorites for the holidays include Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, “Holiday Wishes,” “A Frozen Holiday Wish” and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration.
That's a total of 53 combined dates running from Aug 25th til Dec 22nd!
Tickets will not go on sale until early May, and these are separate ticketed events. That means you already have to have a park ticket or annual pass to attend the parties.
