Cars 3 Tour - Road to the Races

We attended the kick off event for the Cars 3 Tour called Road to the Races that was held at Disney Springs in Orlando. It was the first of a cross country event promoting the new Cars 3 Movie, with appearances by Lightning McQueen, and newcomers , Jackson Storm and Cruz Rameriz. This event is an interactive experience mostly designed for kids or the kid in all of us. You will have photo ops with the cars, fun kids activities including training on what it's like to be part of a NASCAR pit crew.

If you are looking to take your kids to the event, it's perfect free entertainment for a couple hours.

Plus, attendees can watch a 13 minute video that includes some interviews with the creators, some insights into the story of Cars 3 and here's the best part, a short clip from the movie. Let's just say Cars 3 looks AWESOME. The movie hits theaters June 16. It stars Owen Wilson as Lightning McQueen, Armie Hammer as Jackson Storm and Cristela Alonzo as Cruz Ramirez. And of course, the return of some of the favs like Sally, Mater, Luigi and the rest of Radiator Springs.
